According to the Sale of Goods Act, you have a 2-year complaint right. Our complaint right applies to defects in material and/or manufacturing. Visiodan A/S will cover the costs of returning the item to a reasonable extent. The complaint does not apply to errors or damages caused by incorrect operation of the product. Right of withdrawal
You have a full 14-day right of return for items purchased in our webshop. The period is calculated from the day you receive the order. You must bear the cost of returning the item. Withdrawal must be notified to us no later than 14 days after the purchase and from the withdrawal, you must return the shipment no later than 14 days.
The notification must be given by email to firstname.lastname@example.org. In the notification, you must clearly indicate that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.
Condition of the item when you return it
You are only liable for any deterioration of the value of the item that is due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the item. In other words - you can try the item in the same way as if you were trying it in a physical store.
If the item has been tested beyond what is described above, we consider it used, which means that you will only receive a portion or none of the purchase amount refunded upon withdrawal, depending on the commercial value of the item.
To receive the full purchase amount refunded, you must therefore do the same as you can in a physical store. It is therefore allowed to try the item, but not to actually use it.
