Complaints
According to the Sale of Goods Act, you have a 2-year complaint right. Our complaint right applies to defects in material and/or manufacturing. Visiodan A/S will cover the costs of returning the item to a reasonable extent. The complaint does not apply to errors or damages caused by incorrect operation of the product. When returning, please contact Visiodan A/S and send the item to:

Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving the goods by submitting a withdrawal request through our contact form.
When submitting your request, please include:
- Your full name
- Your order number
- A clear statement that you wish to withdraw from your purchase
Once you have notified us of your decision to withdraw, you must return the goods to us no later than 14 days from the date on which you submitted your withdrawal request.
You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods.
The right of withdrawal is exercised within the deadline if the notification is sent before the 14-day withdrawal period has expired.
Condition of the item when you return it
You are only liable for any deterioration of the value of the item that is due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the item. In other words - you can try the item in the same way as if you were trying it in a physical store.
If the item has been tested beyond what is described above, we consider it used, which means that you will only receive a portion or none of the purchase amount refunded upon withdrawal, depending on the commercial value of the item.
To receive the full purchase amount refunded, you must therefore do the same as you can in a physical store. It is therefore allowed to try the item, but not to actually use it.
