Fencing epee is the foundation of Liontouch - and it's a passion that we would love to pass on! In an epee match, you fence on a rectangular strip (1.5 x 14 meters) that you're not allowed to leave. It's important to practice stepping forward and stepping back so that you never turn your back on your opponent. In a real match with protective gear, you can hit anywhere, but in this game, you can only hit the body and never the head. The match is played to 5 points, and you have to hit with the tip of your weapon to score a point. When the young fencer is ready, he or she can join the nearest fencing club for further education.
